                                          DIY: Detox Water

Detox water is a simple way to get unwanted toxins and fat out of your body. It will take some time to do so, but the more you drink it, the faster you loose the weight. There are many different ways you can make detox water. You can use fruits such as: strawberries, blueberries, lemons, oranges, raspberry, lime, and mint leaves. These are the most used fruits when making your detox water. I use these as well and they work really well. To make the detox water, you simple get a big jar or water bottle as shown above and make sure it is thoroughly clean. Take any fruits that you would like in your detox and cut them up, peel them, or whatever is required to fit the fruits in the bottle or jug. Put all the fruits in the jar or bottle, and then fill up the bottle with water and put in the refrigerator for up to six hours. Once it is ready, you simply take it out and drink until all the water is gone. Then, the best part, you eat all of the fruits!

DIY Shaving Tips

Sometimes shaving can be a hassle when it is your first time and you are unsure of what to do. First, you need to make sure you exfoliate the area you want to shave. It needs to be wet and have some time of soap on it. Next, start from the bottom to the top to avoid cuts and slits. The area must be wet to avoid skin irritation and other small cuts. After you are done shaving, moisture the area to avoid dryness in that area.

DIY Hair Conditioner

To make homemade conditioner, all you need is avocado, coconut oil, shea butter, and honey. Mix all of these until you have a creamy substance. Refrigerate for at least 3 days before you use it. After three days, you can use it once you finish shampooing. Using a natural conditioner is better than using one that has stored chemicals in it. Using natural products to make conditioner is a great essential to growing your hair and keeping it healthy.
