DIY BB Smoothie
You might think that a combination of blueberries and banana are nasty, but in reality, it is really good and healthy for you. It gives you energy and keeps your stomach full for a while. All you need is a blender, 20-30 blueberries, 2 sliced bananas, and a milk of your choice. First, you would take your clean blender and put the blueberries and bananas inside. You would then pour an half a cup of milk into the blender. Press smoothie and watch the blender work.
I usually drink strawberry/banana smoothies but I most definitely will try this one out!
