DIY Vaseline

You are probably reading the tittle of my blog and wondering how in the world am I suppose to make "Vaseline." Well I am going to tell you that we are going to be learning how to make non-petroleum Vaseline. All you need is an ounce of beeswax and coconut or olive oil. Mix the ingredients together in a saucepan and heat on a very low heat until the beeswax has melted. While it's warm, pour into a jar or another container. You then have your own Vaseline.

DIY Shampoo
To make shampoo isn't that hard to make actually. It is better to make your own shampoo than to actually buy one. To make your own shampoo, all you need is: coconut milk, Liquid Castille Soap, and 20 drops of any essential oil of your choice. Combine all these ingredients in an old shampoo bottle and shake until your desire. You will then have your own shampoo!

DIY Castor Oil

DIY: Castor Oil
Castor oil is the most unappreciated oil of any other oils. Castor oil can be used for hair, body, and even food. There are many DIYs that you can do that includes castor oil. My favorite diy is the prepoo. An prepoo is something that you can do to remove dirt and build up from your hair before actually using shampoo. Mix raw castor oil and raw coconut oil together, then heat it up for ten seconds. Let it cool down and the put in your hair and leave it in for 30-40 minutes before shampooing. This will leave your hair squeaky clean.

DIY Split Ends
DIY: Get Rid of Split Ends
I know split ends can be a big pain in the booty. Getting
rid of split ends would forever solve everyone's problems, but unfortunately
that can't happen. A simple DIY that you can do to get rid of split ends is by
mixing one egg yolk with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Apply this to the ends of your hair for one hour before washing and
moisturizing.

DIY Gorilla Snot
DIY: Gorilla Snot
Gorilla Snot is good for keeping down your curls, controlling fizz, and keeping your in one place. Taking anyone of these Gorilla Snots, you can put some on the edges around your hair, take a brush and brush it down, then get a hand-held blow dryer to keep it nice and tight. Natural girls may also use Gorilla Snot on their DIY twist outs. This avoids frizz and keeps curl locked together. They have different and nice smells.

DIY Face Cleanse

DIY: Face Cleanse
Clean & clear is a product that most wont run to when in need of a clear face (hence the name). Clean & clear , in my opinion, is a really good scrub or cleanser to use when you are trying to make sure your face is nice and acne free. They have a different variety of facial cleansers that you can use such as morning bursts, night time cleanses, and etc. There are two products here that is a bonus. They have step 1 and 2 on it to let you know which one to use next. They only one that is missing from here is the moisturizer.

DIY Hair Mask
DIY: Hair Mask
Back again with another hair mask. Avocado and Coconut both have essential oils that is both good for your hair and body. Mixing avocado and coconut oil together creates a mini mask that you can put in your hair before you shampoo and condition. Get some avocado oil and raw coconut and mix it together then heat for 20 secs. Wait till it cool down to get a paste consistency. Put iin your hair, then shampoo and condition.
